Cancellation Policy

Deposits
Your deposit is refundable for cancellations up to two weeks before the commencement of the booking, and for cancellations thereafter, it is normally non-refundable.

Late Cancellations and Early Departures
Where we have not been able to re-let the room, then for cancellations occurring between 5 days and 1 day before arrival, the cancellation charge will be 75% of the total booking. For cancellations on the day of arrival or later, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total booking. No reduction can be given for temporary absence or where the departure is earlier than that quoted in the confirmed booking.
